History of Our Club
From the mind of club president Andy Finch came the idea in February 2007 to start an off road 4-wheel club, initially
geared toward the rugged Toyota LandCruisers (of which Andy has owned a fiew in his day). After calling a few of his
Criuser owning contacts and rounding up a few other crazy 4-wheelers the first meeting was held at Famous Daves in Augusta,
GA on 6 March 2007. Discussions followed and after devouring some BBQ and downing some beverages, it was decided to formally
establish the club, to open membership to other off-road rigs and to plan for some off-road excitement and future gatherings.
The club has since traveled to several events to include 2 trips to the prestigious Upper Tellico Off-Road Vehicle Area in NC
and a couple more local adventures.
